Is your child okay?

If your child frequently isn't 'okay' and it interferes with their ability to be the best version of themselves then Play and Creative Arts Therapy may be for them. Your child may struggle with anxiety, low self-esteem, can't regulate their emotions, appropriately express their emotions, or might have experienced something difficult and just need a safe place to process this. Play and Creative Arts Therapy can help.
